How accurate are the calculations?

BoKalk uses the same calculation models as banks, based on Riksbanken policy rate, Finansinspektionen amortization rules, and Konsumentverket reference values. Results are meant as decision support — not exact bank statements.

Where do the numbers come from?

All official figures — policy rate, amortization rules, loan-to-value caps and cost-of-living benchmarks — come from Riksbanken, Finansinspektionen, SCB and Konsumentverket. For operating and maintenance costs we have done our own research and developed reference values based on housing type, tenure, condition and how much work you do yourself versus hiring contractors.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No lock-in period. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

What happens after the free trial?

When the trial ends, you can subscribe for 39 SEK/month or 199 SEK/year. No credit card required for the trial.

Do I need BankID?

No. Create an account with email or sign in with Google/Apple. We do not need your personal ID number or bank details.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Calculations are stored encrypted. We never sell data to third parties and are fully GDPR compliant.

Can I share with my partner?

Yes! A paying subscriber can invite a partner to use the app for free.
